Technology Constantly Changing

Technology is changing so quickly; we constantly see TVs, smart watches, phones and other technological devices offered that are better than ever before. Sometimes what we already have is great, but it's also nice to have another option or fulfill an additional need.

Healthcare technology is rapidly changing as well and devices like optical inspection cameras are available that are smaller and longer that can fit inside almost any device. These inspection scopes are used to inspect the interior of surgical instruments after cleaning. Often they include a distal tip composed of a light source and camera lens at the end of the flexible shaft for easier inspection of the interior of instruments with small diameters, including many flexible GI endoscopes.

Combined with software for your PC, these tools make record keeping easy and efficient. Keeping up to date with the newest technology can help make visual instrument inspection easier and reduce room for possible error.
